Confederation of Real
Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI)’s ‘Hyderabad Property
Show-2016’ will be held from August 13 to 15.
The three-day
property show will be held at Hitex. The programme will showcase the properties
of more than 115 builders, thus providing the prospective home buyers with an
opportunity to inquire about wide array of properties of various segments and
price ranges.
Speaking on the
event, P Ramakrishna Rao, General Secretary of CREDAI, Hyderabad, said, “The
situation has changed a lot from the time fourth Hyderabad Property Show was
held in August 2014 to now. City’s realty sector has put behind a prolonged
slump and is experiencing a positive momentum over the past six months.”
“Therefore we found
it apt to organize a property show to enable home buyers know about the
authentic properties from all over city at one place. We are expecting more
than one lakh prospective home buyers to visit the show,” he further added.
The Confederation of
Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of
private Real Estate developers representing 11500 Members spread
across 23 State level Chapters and 162 City level
Chapters in India.
The National Convention of
CREDAI, called NATCON organized every year at a location outside India serves
the knowledge enhancing and peer to peer functions of CREDAI. Fifteen NATCONs
organized so far have seen, an average attendance of about 800 members and
experts from the real estate sector, senior professionals from the
financial world and ancillary industries. NATCON enables CREDAI members to
understand emerging global trends in the real estate industry.
